Return and Refund Policy
We are available to assist you if you are unhappy with a product you bought from the Gelanni website!
Only products that are informed within 7 days of delivery and that satisfy the following return requirements will be eligible for a refund or exchange:
- Bills, tags, and original packing are all present, and the items are in their original condition.
- Items must be free of obvious wear and tear.
Within 7 days of delivery, please send the following details to our care staff by email at hello@gelanni.co:
- Order number
- Address for delivery
- If the product is damaged or inaccurate, please send us an image of it along with the reason for the return.
Additional Information:
- Refund shall be credited to the customer within 30 days of raising the query.
- Refund will be initiated within 7 days from the date we receive the goods in our warehouse.
- Refund will be credited in the account from which we received the payment.
- In case of Cash on Delivery, the refund will be credited to the account specified by the customer.
Please note: Return and Refund policy is not applicable on items bought during Special Sale events.
