You are purchasing a product crafted from 100% genuine leather. Leather cannot be regularly washed or cleaned. However, to maintain your Gelanni product in good condition, we recommend the following:

• Occasionally, gently rub the leather surface with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust, light marks, or scratches.
• Avoid any contact with oil spills or pen marks, as they cannot be removed using standard treatments.
• Please be aware that the leather is not waterproof, so never attempt to wash the bag with running water.
• When not in use, it is advisable to store the bag in a cloth pouch to protect it from dust and moisture.
• While our leathers meet all international health and safety standards, exposure to high moisture—especially during the rainy season—may cause fungus to develop. Inspect regularly, and if any white residue appears, gently wipe it off with a dry cloth. Additionally, as a precaution, you can expose the product to direct sunlight for a few hours. Avoid using chemicals or antiseptic solutions, as these may discolor the leather.
• If you plan to use any stain-removal cream, test it first on a small, inconspicuous area of the leather. Use it on a larger area only if the results meet your expectations.
• If the bag becomes wet, stuff it with rolled-up newspapers and let it dry in the shade. Avoid drying it in direct sunlight or using electric dryers, as these can shrink the leather and make it brittle.

Delivery Timing

All standard orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days. Delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days after dispatch. A tracking ID will be shared via email once your order has been dispatched. Please note that for orders placed after 6:00 PM, processing will begin the following business day. During festive seasons, delivery times may be extended due to higher demand. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet been dispatched. Once the product has left our warehouse, cancellations will no longer be accepted.

Returns or exchanges will be accepted if reported within 72 hours of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
